Graves is an important sub-region of Bordeaux, specialising in Cabernet dominant reds and considered the birthplace of claret. Given the youth of this wine, a little aeration goes a long way and reveals intense red fruit, cedary spice and a little smoke on the nose. The palate shows firm tannins but plenty of spicy fruit.
