Kairos Barrique Ferment Pinot Gris 09 18 June 2010

So on Wednesday we tried the Kairos Barrique Ferment Sauvignon Blanc, and here’s their Pinot Gris. These are seriously impressive wines. The nose is smoky and nutty with a note of soft leather from the wild yeast and a rich, full palate of jersey caramels and vanilla with an incredibly persistent finish.
