Tasting notes

13 December 2013 by Katie Hutton

Pale yellow Cava with golden tonalities, Bright, fine bubble and persistent foam. Intense fragrance, developing white fruit flavors over notes of brioche and mocha with subtle citrus aromas. Creamy texture, wide and persistent in the mouth. Balanced acidity, long finish with notes of rye bread. It is a full bodied sparkling wine which is dry but yet rich and concentrated with refined bubbles and freshness, ideal obviously for summer on its own or with cassis.
