Reserve Pinot Noir from Curico Valley in Chile

Grown on smooth slopes of broken down granite over volcanic soils. Given the drier climate the vines are trained vertically with drip irrigation. Picked by hand, and cold maceration for 5 days before fermentation and matured in oak for 10 months.

Showing true varietal character sporting an abundance of cherry, strawberry and plum fruit, delicate tannins and medium body.
