Crozes-Hermitage AOC

Made from the best individual plots in the Crozes-Hermitage region, named for the Greek god of Wind that produces the loess soils.  Fermented in French oak, traditional lees stirring, barrel aged for 10 months.  Rich golden colour, expressive nose of vanilla, spice & cream. Fat palate with concentrated peach, pear and toast.
