Chateau Les Rambauds Malbec
The vast majority of Bordeaux wines are blends, driven by Merlot on the right bank and Cabernet on the right. Malbec is a minor player in the region with less than 1% of plantings and forms a small part of the 'Grand Vin' wines.
Chateau Les Rambauds is 100% Malbec, and interesting to see it produced as a single variety. Raspberry and violets though more savoury.
