Sweet spicy and fresh Malbec from Mendoza region in Argentina

Winemaker notes

The vineyards for this wine are located at 1000 meters above sea level on clay soils.   The climate in the region is characterized by its warm days and cool nights, with an average temperature variation of 14°C and low annual rainfall (200mm).

Tasting Note

Intense purplish red color. Sweet, spicy and intense aromas, with notes of red fruits and herbs (such as Herbes de Provence). In the mouth, this wine is soft, velvety, fresh, and well balanced.

Try pairing with empanadas stuffed with skirt steak and served with criolla sauce - a classic dish of Argentine cuisine but with the variation of the skirt steak as its main ingredient.
