Made in a similar style to the 'old school' Gisborne Chardonnay - or perhaps given winemaking started here in the 1700s maybe it is us emulating them?

Fermented in steel, matured in both American and French oak. Heady nose of ripe peach, fresh bread, with a dash of nutmeg. Luscious in the mouth, plenty of stone fruits and more than a lick of melted butter and toasted cashews.
