Tasting notes

13 December 2013 by Katie Hutton

Very fine and subtle elegant bubbles. Fresh on the palate with toasted bread, hazelnut, nougat, barley sugar and jellied fruits hints of apple, florals, dried fruit, almonds, marzipan, gingerbread, sweet spices and even brioche and honey. Rich and tangy with a long finish. Consider cellaring for its full potential or break it out for a very special occasion.
