Silky Central Otago Pinot from a single vineyard block.

Surveyor Thomson is based on the Cromwell Basin overlooking Lake Dunstan and under the protection of the Mt Pisa ranges. Gentle slopes with a warm frost-free climate produce wines of great concentration and intensity of flavours. The vineyard practices biodynamic viticulture and is working towards full certification.

Warm and rich textured Pinot, belies its traditional Burgundian wine-making techniques. Vibrant blackberry, red currant, spicy dried herb with nuances of black truffle with very silky tannins and good longevity.
