You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol under New Zealand law. By purchasing through Wineseeker you warrant that you are 18 years or older.
If goods arrive damaged please notify us within 48 hours, and we will replace or refund free of charge. We stand by the quality of all our products, and take the utmost care in selecting quality wine. If your wine is corked or flawed in other ways we will happily replace, exchange or refund the cost of the bottle.
Everybody’s tastes and preferences are different, if you find that the wine you have ordered is not to your tastes we will exchange unopened and undamaged bottles for another wine.
Once your order is made it cannot be cancelled. In the event that we are unable to fill your order in its entirety we will contact you promptly to organise alternatives or refund. For faulty or damaged goods please refer to our Returns policy.
Tickets for Wineseeker events are sold on a “first come, first served basis” – popular events often sell out quickly and we encourage people to book online using our secure website. We also maintain a “wait-list” where an event is fully booked. If you are not able to attend the event for any reason, please contact Wineseeker as soon as possible.
Cancellations by customers up until 3 days before the event are fully refundable; purchasers have the option of crediting the purchase cost towards future events or in-store purchase. Cancellations within 3 days of an event are non-refundable, unless Wineseeker is able to on-sell the cancelled spaces to other customers. In the event of a cancellation we will contact customers on the wait-list as soon as practically possible. Where we are able to on-sell a full refund or credit will be provided to the initial purchaser.
In the event of cancellation of an event by Wineseeker, ticket holders can exercise the option of a full refund paid promptly by direct credit, credit towards a future event, or credited towards future purchase.
All prices are stated in New Zealand Dollars, and include GST unless specified otherwise. We do not currently charge a surcharge for credit card payments, and accept payment by VISA and Mastercard for web transactions. We do not accept payment by American Express or Diners cards for website transactions at this time.
