The Fleurty rosé is one of two rosés to be produced by Askerne in the 2021 vintage. This is a careful blend of different varietals to craft an aromatic and perfumed wine. A blend of Pinot Noir, other rosé components extracted from freshly crushed Reserve red fruit parcels from the saignée method, and finally a finishing touch of Gewürztraminer, provides the wonderfully sweet floral and ginger spice notes.

Delightfully aromatic and slightly spritzy, the Fleurty Rosé is a playful and fun wine with floral blossom and honeysuckle notes, bright crushed red berry fruit aromas and a hint of ginger spice. The palate is refreshing with soft acidity and beautiful berry fruit flavours on a juicy palate.Beautifully playful, interesting blue floral nose (irises?), blueberry, boysenberry, green beans. Hint of spritz to start/. Lighter on the palate, obvious sweetness and the more classical kiwi Rosé style on the palate with the creamy strawberries.
