The Serieux rosé is one of two rosés to be produced by Askerne in the 2021 vintage. Echoing the traditional rosés of Provence, this rosé is a blend of grape varieties Mourvèdre (48%), Carménère (44%) and Petit Verdot (8%).

This rosé has wonderful perfumed floral notes and fruit aromas of strawberry, pear and watermelon. The palate is refreshingly dry and textural with delicious red berry and guava flavours. Really overdelivers... lots of lemon, hint of grapefruit, cranberry on the nose, fresh acidity without being bracing, dry on the palate with a lovely oily texture and persistent length with a lick of minerality.
