This is a semi-sweet style of Champagne, (hence demi-sec). This doesn't mean it's pure sugar, but also not as dry as a brut or sparkling you may see coming from New Zealand.

30% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Meunier

Pale gold in colour, with a constant stream of bubbles, this is a beautiful Champagne to look at, and only gets better. On the nose notes of white flowers which evolve towards buttered brioche. On the palate the Champagne is well balanced, showing the hints of sweetness expected of a Demi-Sec (meaning off-sweet) without overwhelming you with sugar. A full flavour, with a balance of sugar, alcohol, and acidity.
