Syrah takes centre stage with cool climate spices and fresh lively acidity. Although dark in colour and intense in aroma, this wine has a fresh liveliness due to lovely acidity that makes it an impeccable food wine. Pinot supports the Syrah by gifting just a touch of its warm heart.
