Coto De Hayas Blanco Fermentado

A blend of Chardonnay, Macabeo and Muscat from the Campo de Borja region of Aragon, Spain. Fermented in American and French oak barrels, and aged of lees for 3 months. 

Good aromatic intensity, with roasted tropical fruits, vanilla, florals, and toasted nuts.Fat and round on the palate, with grilled pineapple, lychee, and spices.
