Bodegas Aragonesa is a 28 year old emergent wine cellar and has become the main wine cellar of the Campo de Borja appelation. The Campo de Borja appelation has a long winemaking history that goes back to the 12th century when the Cistercian Monks of the Veruela Monastery began to cultivate vines and make wine. This region is known for its limestone soil, low water retention, and a Continental climate with Mediterranean influence in the summer.

A Blend of Garnacha, Syrah and Mazeulo (Carignan), aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, with further bottle aging before release. Bright red colour, with intense complex aromas of red and black fruits, baking spices, smoked meat, cacao, and coffee bean. Smooth and fleshy on the palate, with ripe blackberries, chocolate, cinnamon stick, and a long finish. Perfect for a juicy red steak, or hearty lamb dish.
