Very pale yellow with green tinges. Bright and clean.
The very varietal nose clearly combines the aroma of mature pear, almost caramelized, and banan with creamy notes proceeding from the work of the thin less made in the tank.
On the palate, the wine is fresh but surprisingly ample with a good balance and acidity. It reminds us of a pear Tarte Tatin with Crème Anglaise.
