AGING: the wines are aged at 100% for 12 months in French oak trunks, large, used, troncocónicos of about 150 hl.

La Maison Jaboulet was founded by the Jaboulet family in 1834. Today it is the Frey family, longstanding Champagne winemaker and owner of Château La Lagune in Bordeaux, who took over the Maison Paul Jaboulet Elder in January 2006 to complete its prestigious brand portfolio.
