Wine of great structure, elegant, rich in aromas and notable longevity. It's strong personality of rich honey and peach matched with citrus undertones provides a nice balance on the palate. These characteristics derive from a very low yield per hectare, from the postponed harvest of selected grapes and from the maturation in steel for at least one year before bottling.
