Flor de Crasto red wine is deep ruby in colour with red fruit aromas evoking raspberries and plums. It is balanced and quite fruity on the palate. It also shows good structure and light tannins which make it an incredibly pleasant wine.

Grapes are taken to the winery in 22 kg boxes. Aer a rigorous selection, the stalks are removed and the grapes are crushed and transferred to stainless steel vats. The alcoholic fermentation takes place at controlled temperature for 7 days.
