Tasting notes

2 January 2014 by Katie Hutton

Golden yellow in colour with vibrant aromas of citrus blossom and honeysuckle. This citrus character broadens out in the mouth with granny smith apples where it is joined by a rich texture and some toasty oak.  It is developing honeyed characters as it ages.  An excellent accompaniment for fish and shellfish.
