Update- 25 March 2020 - COVID19 Shut Down
We will close our doors at 6pm on Wed 25 March 2020 under the requirements of the Level 4 Covid19 Lockdown. Initial advice is that this will last for 4 weeks, pending further update from the Government.
Our initial interpretation is that we were considered an 'Essential Service' as the Covid19.govt.nz website defines 'Essential Services' to include "Fast Moving Consumer Goods" - defined as "Businesses involved in the supply, delivery, distribution and sale of food, beverage and other key consumer goods (but not takeaway shops)."
Pending changes to this we will remain closed for retail business and online orders.

Q - Can I send a gift to someone else through the Wineseeker online shop?
A – Yes absolutely, we don’t include price tags on your purchases and can ensure that no invoice is included in the box. The recipient must still be over 18 years old.
Q – How do I book in for a tasting event?
A – Previously we have taken reservations by email or phone through the shop for paid wine tasting events, however with the introduction of the shop you can now book and pay directly through the website. We can send you a receipt by post if you wish. Free tasting events generally do not require a reservation – just turn up!
Q – Can I purchase gift vouchers at Wineseeker?
A – Yes, you can purchase gift vouchers in $10 or $25 allotments, eg- to make up a $75 gift voucher you can buy three $25 vouchers. These need to be redeemed instore for age verification purposes.
Q – I am a Wineclub member of Wineseeker, what happens with my discounts?
A – We have changed the pricing structure of website purchases, and wine purchased through the online shop incorporates the full wineclub benefits including discounted pricing and also cashes up the 13th bottle benefit. This forms roughly a 15% discount from normal retail prices.
Q – Can I purchase wine from outside New Zealand?
A – Yes, but only for delivery within New Zealand. Due to the complexities of international shipping costs, customs and different government restrictions on alcohol we are not able to send wine from web purchases outside of New Zealand. Contact Us if you want to send wine internationally.
Q – I ordered something from your website before, but I can’t find it any more. Can I still buy it?
A – Possibly, we regularly change the wines that we stock. We can handle custom orders, depending on availability and vintage changes we may be able to source wines for you by special order. Please contact us in store to see if we can assist.
